Belt Conveyor Gate

Powered slider bed belt conveyor gate designed to provide a passageway to personnel. It's equipped with a closed sensor and can be controlled by digital or analog values.

Conveyor Scale

High-speed conveyor scale used for weight control. Measures different weight ranges according to the selected configuration.

Straight Spur Conveyor

Infeed/outfeed multi-belt conveyor, commonly used for accurate merging of loads into belt conveyors. Digital and analog values can control the conveyor.

Pivot Arm Sorter

A 45º power face arm diverter, powered by a gearmotor. Equipped with a belt that helps to deviate the conveyed items onto the next part. The arm can rotate left or right according to the selected configuration.

Pop-Up Wheel Sorter

A 45º double-sided pop-up wheel sorter used to divert items to three different directions via pivoted rollers.

  • Wheel radius: 0.05 m
  • Conveying speed: 1.5 m/s

Aligners

Thin metal structures, attachable to a conveyor to prevent parts from falling when transported at high speeds. There are four types of aligners available and in several colors (Context Menu > Configuration).

Position Adjustment

Aligners include a gizmo that allows finer control over its position. Left-clicking and dragging the white arrows' gizmo moves the aligner by 2.5 cm increments. Holding Left Shift while dragging allows unconstrained movement.

Pusher

Pneumatic pusher sorter equipped with two reed sensors indicating the front and back limits. It also includes a servo valve which can be used to set and measure the rod position. Control can be done by digital or analog values according to the selected configuration.

  • Default speed: 1 m/s
  • Fast speed: 4 m/s
  • Stroke: 0.9 m

Stop Blade

The stop blade is a pneumatically actuated device used to stop or accumulate material.

Bracket and Metal Corner

The bracket is a metal structure used as a height barrier and can be used to attach sensors. The metal corner can be used for several purposes including sensor placement.

Metal Corner Position Adjustment

Positioning Bars

A device used to consecutively position items at the same place by clamping them. Available in two different configurations, left and right.

It is commonly used with Pick and Place Systems.
